Osho Teerth Park is a very beautiful, quiet, charming and magnificent garden in the city of Pune. Osho teerth Park, created in 1994, is known as a replica of the Japanese Zen Garden, which is why the garden is also known as the Zen Garden. in morning a lot of people come here for jogging. It is also a favorite place of young men and women, with a lot of crowds in the evenings. 

It is a huge garden just two minutes away from the osho ashram. The garden has some very special features like a huge tree, a huge statue of Lord Rajneesh and a huge statue of Buddha, a stone seat for sitting and meditating. Sannyasi devotees from the ashram always come here to meditate. There is a small canal going through this garden, its beautiful fountain has been made here and also a plant for purifying the water of the canal has been installed here. A place to meditate, small ponds, Buddha statues, small stone pools, and plenty of bamboo trees can be found here, so this park is considered a place for oxygen and peace. The most famous German bakery in Pune is a 10 minute drive away. 6 in the morning. The park is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is no entrance fee to visit garden however camera and photography, shooting is not allowed in garden.

Katraj Lake Garden

Katraj Lake Garden is a recent man-made lake and garden. The garden can be described as densely wooded, with beautiful flowers, beautiful water fountains, excellent jogging tracks, lots of toys for children, and a great place for bird watching. Katraj Bagh is at a distance of 500-700 meters from Katraj Chowk. The magnificent neighborhood is near the Rajiv Gandhi Zoo. This bag is a great place if you want peace, pollution, and freedom from clutter and noise. It is said that during the last couple of decades this lake was used for drinking water.

There is a small island in the middle of the lake, where you can go by boat, and on it is a magnificent statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of the Hindavi Swarajya.

There is also a huge statue of Dharmaveer Sambhaji Maharaj at the main entrance of the garden and this has created a very beautiful and distinct existence for the garden. The beauty of Katraj Lake has become such a popular place for children. There is also a train tour for the little ones. Beautiful view of the setting sun can be seen on Katraj Lake. You can sit on the shore and watch the sun go down in the distant mountain ranges. In the evening there is a short musical fountain show with colorful laser lights that you can enjoy. There are also boating facilities available but you can also enjoy the many local and migratory birds in the Katraj Lake, such as the landor, pigeons, sparrows, cuckoos, ducks and many more.

In this garden lake,The highest tricolor flag of India is 237 feet in Pune. The flag is 60 feet wide, 90 feet long and weighs 100 kg.

Katraj garden is open from Monday to Sunday 6 AM to 11 AM and from 4 PM to 9 PM, Musial fountain is 7.30 PM.

Yoga is basically a spiritual discipline based on very subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and an art of healthy living. The origins of yoga can be traced back to 5000 years ago in northern India. The word yoga was first mentioned in ancient scriptures called Word Gweed. Rishikesh is the yoga capital of the world and a large number of foreign students come there to practice yoga. Chennai is believed to be the home of the Krishnamacharya Yoga Temple, one of the most revered places to study yoga in India. There are currently approximately 50,000 registered yoga teachers (RYTs) and more than 3,000 registered yoga schools (RYSs). And these figures are in daily debate. There are also some popular ashrams in India that teach yoga and promote yoga.

Nowadays, yoga is considered as a good career choice among the youth. Many institutes across the country are offering yoga related courses. Yoga is an ancient art and teaches human beings how to stay fit and healthy. It teaches a person to experience inner peace by controlling his mind and body. This is how we can make our career in yoga. Yoga is believed to have originated in ancient India, in the United States, there were philosophers like Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau, who first became involved with the philosophy of yoga in the 1830s. Yoga gained a wide American audience in the late 1800s. Yoga is a whole life path which includes Jnana Yoga or Philosophy, Bhakti Yoga or the path of devotional bliss, Karma Yoga or the path of blissful action and Raj Yoga or the path of mind control. Raj Yoga has eight parts of which only one part is asana. Yoga in Indian culture. Yoga is a way to learn and understand spiritual India. Also, yoga is associated with the culture and heritage of India. Yoga in Sanskrit means 'coming together' and describing the way to live a healthy life. In yoga, the mind is disciplined through meditation and the body is aligned and strong.
